DPI Sri Lanka is the trading name of DIRECT PORT (PVT) LTD, an importer based in Kelaniya. We bring Winning Star home appliances into the country ourselves, hold the stock, and stand behind it afterwards.

Why buy from an importer

A pavement stall is cheaper. It is cheaper because nobody is left holding the appliance when it fails in month four. We import the range, keep spares on the shelf for the models we sell, and put a 1-year limited replacement warranty on every unit.

Order queries, warranty claims and stock questions are all handled on the same number, by call or WhatsApp, during working hours.

Orders

You do not need an email address or a password to buy from us. Checkout asks for your mobile number; an account is created for you afterwards, and you sign in with a code sent by SMS. You can check where an order has got to on the order tracking page.

Warranty claims

Register the purchase and follow a claim at warranty.dpi.lk, or send us the order number and a short video of the fault on WhatsApp. The full terms are on the delivery, payment and warranty page.
